By accessing or using the Hermes application provided by RavenCorp and available at https://ravencorp.site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Hermes provides developer utilities and automated agent workflow integrations for personal productivity, allowing authorized accounts to interact with APIs including Google Workspace services (Gmail, Calendar, Drive).

3. User Responsibilities & Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and OAuth tokens.
• You agree not to use the application to violate any applicable laws, distribute malicious software, send unauthorized bulk email (spam), or infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party providers including Google LLC. Your use of third-party features is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of those providers.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our infrastructure. You may terminate access at any time by revoking application permissions via your Google Account.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding system uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RavenCorp or Hermes be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
